MagicPub is an AI-powered platform that assists researchers in generating medical publication drafts. Our service uses artificial intelligence to create manuscript content, find relevant citations from PubMed and medical literature, and format publications according to journal standards.
IMPORTANT: All publications generated by MagicPub are AI-assisted drafts intended as starting points for further research and refinement. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. All generated publications MUST be thoroughly reviewed, fact-checked, and validated by qualified medical professionals and researchers before submission to any journal or use in any clinical context. MagicPub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content for peer review or publication. Users are solely responsible for verifying all claims, citations, and data in generated publications.
You agree to use MagicPub only for lawful purposes related to legitimate academic and medical research. You may not: use the service to generate fraudulent or misleading research, submit AI-generated content as original work without proper disclosure and review, attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures, share your account credentials with others, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
MagicPub offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of the research prompts and documents you submit to MagicPub. You are granted a license to use the AI-generated publication content for your research purposes. The MagicPub platform, including its software, design, and branding, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or design.
MagicPub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from: reliance on AI-generated content, inaccuracies in generated publications or citations, service interruptions or data loss, or any consequences of submitting AI-generated content to journals. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
